We rely on this pet store for frozen rats for our snake. They are always quick to help and the animals within the store appear healthy and well cared for. We appreciate the quality of their frozen feeders over the big chain stores.

This is the coolest pet store I've seen in Sarasota hands down. They have all kinds of cute fuzzy critters, plenty of cold blooded beauties, and a plethora of winged chatterboxes. They even have tarantulas!! The staff all genuinely seem to love working there. They don't mind if you come in to browse, but if you can buy something they are a local small business.

Extremely caring and good ppl. at Christmas they had this box full of free cat and dog food for people to take. Just so happends I had a very sick cat that wouldn't eat, vomiting , diahrea the works and 5 vets can't help him and said he basically needs to be euthanized. Off chance I grabbed a few packets of the free cat food that was pureed in texture and tuna...and lord and behold my cat started to eat..and had been meowing for more. lf it wasn't for these ppl I duno what would of happend. my cat isn't out of the woods yet but due to their kindness ( and letting me stop in a few more times to grab from the box) my cat is now eating. We also buy our dog food from this place. Highly recommend!

Got our two conures wings clipped and claws trimmed. Only $15 each, or can purchase items of at least same value and get the grooming included. Nice and attentive staff, would recommend 👌 Can check out the birds they are watching for people out of town while you wait. Also have a selection of reptiles and freshwater/saltwater fish. …

The best pet store around here! Their fish tanks are clean & not overcrowded. Their reptiles aren’t kept in tiny enclosures in multiples. The baby birds are handled so they’re easier to adopt out & adapt to their new home. Their bird boarding is a huge relief when I go out of town! Affordable, accommodating, & I know Beakman is in good hands. When I left her for a few days, she seemed so happy! She got to make little birdie friends in the cages next to her. Overall the staff know what they’re doing, the prices are better than most places, and the husbandry is 100% better than most pet stores. Love this place!!

The staff is AMAZING, knowledgeable and passionate. EPC has such an amazing variety of animals to become curious about. I have visited EPC a bunch of times to "window shop" and buy treats for my dog, however, this past summer I purchased my first stinky slinky, aka a ferret. He is so stinking cute and has become a fun addition to my family. Who knew dogs and ferrets can become best friends?! :)

Michele and her staff are knowledgeable, professional and courteous. They treat their customers and their pets with the utmost respect and love. Before selling a pet, the staff ensures the prospective owner leaves with full knowledge of care for their particular new family member. After purchase, the staff make themselves available for issues and questions. Their exemplary customer service make this the place to go for your pet!

This place is fantastic! They stock a variety of supplies for all kinds of exotic critters, and if you’re looking for something specific, they’ll do their very best to find it for you. The staff is made up of individuals who each have a wealth of knowledge about different exotic critters. They happily answer endless questions throughout your ownership. I highly recommend this place. They are not a typical pet store looking to make a quick sale without proper education, they are truly in it for the love of exotic pets.

Love these guys they always have awesome pets and are amazing people you should definitely come check them out and help support them!! I got my cockatiel Friday loved him so much can back Monday and grabbed 2 more !! Got an algae eater and my tank is sparkling clean including the decorations!! Love this place I’ll be back for more!!
